A little about me

Not being happy with my health and fitness level, I mean let's be honest, there was none since I hadn't worked out or done any attempt to exercise in over 5 years and my eating habits weren't helping and I ended up ballooning to 214lbs (YIKES!) I took the decision to do something about it and change my lifestyle to one that would helped me get rid of my obesity, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and lack of energy. There was no diets (they don't work), no fads and no pills. Keeping it simple day in and day out I was able to get rid of my obesity and slim down 60lbs.
